My Daughter downloaded accidently a tool bar, Searchqu.com. I have removed the tool bar and application, and reset the homepage. However when I open a new tab it defaults to http://www.searchqu.com/, how do I change this? I have tried resetting it to default and it does not help.

Did you try opening about:config and filtering on the url (or part of it) to see if there is a configuration variable involved.

How did you remove the toolbar and application, did you have to go into the control panel or did an extension sim,ply uninstall..
