No matter how much I change my home page the following website http://www.searchqu.com/406, allows comes up the next time I start FF

About 2 weeks ago when I started Firefox the following website came up as my homepage http://www.searchqu.com/406. Even though I change the homepage, this site will come up as my homepage the next time I restart Firefox. This happened in EI but I was able to reset my homepage.
