Hello,

I am unable to get any connectivity with the VPN enabled. This started about 15 minutes ago and on multiple US servers. When the VPN is disabled, network connectivity is normal.

Try signing out of the application, uninstalling it, redownloading it, and reinstalling it. The sign out is an important part of the process due to deleting some files that otherwise don't get purged. This usually resolves [this issue] issues
