I think that this is a problem with display:table-caption that Firefox doesn't support in this context (i.e. is is not in a table).

"Are you a Genting Rewards Alliance member?" uses display:inline and shows. The element that use display:table-caption show width/height 0x0 in the Inspector (Layout tab).

That is a registered site login so unless another members on there logins it will hard to find the problem. What is the screenshot of what your radio button was to look like?

Some Firefox issues can be caused by a problem with one of the Firefox program files. Follow these steps to completely remove and reinstall Firefox. This process will not remove your Firefox profile data (such as bookmarks and passwords), since that information is stored in a different location. Note: You might want to print these steps or view them in another browser.

Download and save the installer for the latest official version of Firefox from mozilla.org.
   Exit Firefox (if open):
Click the Firefox menu Fx57Menu , then click Exit.
   Uninstall Firefox from your computer.
Delete the Firefox program folder, which is located in one of these locations by default:
       C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox
       C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox
Reinstall Firefox using the installer you downloaded earlier

also another try is create a new profile i will put instructions in another window

this might help create a new profile If Firefox is open, close Firefox:

Click the Firefox menu Fx57Menu , then click Exit.
Press Windows Key +R on the keyboard. A Run dialog will open.
In the Run dialog box, type in:
   firefox.exe -P
Note: You can use -P, -p or -ProfileManager (any of them should work).
Click OK. The Firefox Profile Manager (Choose User Profile) window should open.

there will be option to erase profile, click button, there is another button in profile manager that says create profile, do that and save it to any folder you want
