When I go to add the website, https://gbot.run , under the certificates tab, it tells me that it is already valid. Yet, on the website itself, firefox is blocking certain images and making it impossible to use for its purpose.

This is content like images on a secure HTTPS page that comes over an open HTTP connection and Firefox warns about this by showing a padlock with an exclamation mark. You can see more detail about what content this is about in the Web Console.
