When I'm typing in Firefox (writing an email for example) there is a delay of about ten seconds between the keystroke and the character appearing during which time the cursor seems to freeze. If I type several words in a row the cursor freezes like this and then the characters all appear at once but not at all in the correct order. They are too mixed up for it to be simply a mistake in my typing - the resulting text has all the letters that I typed but in a crazy order that looks like gibberish. This happens when Firefox is otherwise running normally (no other delays or freezes) and does not happen in any of my other browsers or applications. It significantly slows down my work and I prefer using Firefox but often am forced to switch to another browser to get my work done in a reasonable time frame
