I imported all my IE 9 Favorites (also uninstalled IE9 and tried it from IE8 too), all the site names are ok, but their URLS are ALL wrong... WTH???

I tried IMporting (as HTML from IE) and also tried EXporting from IE and then IMporting into Firefox as HTML (from the "bookmark.htm" file that it created). The NAMES of the sites are all OK, but still, the URLS are ALL wrong... That renders them all USELESS !! What's the deal with this? The HTML must have gotten screwed up somehow during import. I use Windows 7 Pro.

  • I have tried this several times, and all the SAME bookmarks work just fine in IE... why is this ??? This is really weird.
