I cannot download any files using Firefox on Android. Other browsers work fine. It's clearly a common problem right now, but the only thread I could find about it was marked "solved" even though it wasn't and several others were experiencing the same issue. How can I fix the issue? I tried reinstalling, re-syncing, clearing cache, etc--same problem. Downloads just hang and finally fail after several minutes.

What type of files are you trying to download and what site are you trying to download them from?

It doesn't matter, everything from PDFs to image files from every type of site. They all download fine in other browsers. Everything hangs and then times out. Started happening two weeks ago. I've had to switch browsers.

We are aware of issues downloading .pdf files that should be resolved in the next update due in a couple of weeks time.
