How do I suppress jumping video windows in Firefox 56.0 (32 Bit)

With Firefox 56 (32 bit, Windows 7), I'm seeing a new, annoying behavior on at least some webpages with video windows at the top: when you page down, the video window jumps to the lower right corner of the screen, covering any content on that part of the screen (see attached screen shots). Is there a way to suppress this behavior?

Thank you, Terry
