Firefox ran all right, i.e. accessed anywhere in the world. But after I specified Express VPN to apply VPN to Firefox, Firefox stopped finding sites as if it lost name resolving ability. When I did a similar thing for Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge, such things did not happen.

I had a system crash and had to reset my PC to factory specs. I previously saved my Firefox recovery key so that I would be able to recover my bookmarks etc in case anything happened however when I tried to recover my info I kept getting a message that my key was invalid. I then realized that a 32 character key is necessary but my key is only 28 characters. Did I miss a few characters or do I have an older key that will no longer work? Any help or info you can give me on this will be appreciated.

Tried mail.twc.com and it just sends me back to Spectrum. I can get my mail on Spectrum but not my Thunderbird icon. Doesn't work on our iphones either.

This newer firefox (new to me) says i am running windows 10. (version 151.0.1 64-bit) How do i change that, also how to do finish setup?? I have been doing my best to research you Q&A. Have not found much to be helpful regarding my issues. I am a fan of Firefox and would like to continue using it, and supporting Mozilla when I can. So, I recently updated my copy of Mozilla Firefox, and I noticed something strange. The button for the built-in VPN is disproportionately large to other buttons and clickable elements. I don't see it in the release notes, so I doubt this is an intentional design choice by the UX team, at least I hope it isn't. Any help will be greatly appreciated, as it is really distracting.

If it helps, I'm using Mozilla Firefox 151.0.2 running under GNU/Linux Debian 13 Trixie as a Flatpak.

On my tool bar, the VPN button seems to have grown... It does this while both off, on and even when i remove/add it to the tool bar. I use very few extensions and i don't know what could have caused it. I use windows 11.

I tried to update from Mozilla VPN v. 2.36 to v. 2.37 by clicking the Update button in the message I received. I did not shut down the old version first. When I received the "old version is running" message, I clicked the "automatically close app" selection. All seemed to be going well until a message popped up saying "The feature you are trying to use is on a CD-ROM or other removable disk that is not available. Insert the 'Mozilla VPN' disk and click OK." When I clicked OK, a message said "The path " cannot be found. Verify that you have access to this location and try again, or try to find the installation package 'MozillaVPN.msi' in a folder from which you can install the product Mozilla VPN." I found the folder containing the MozillaVPN.msi file, but when I use it to restart the installation, I end up with the same error message. If I click Cancel instead of OK on the "Insert the disk" message, and error message pops up saying "The older version of Mozilla VPN cannot be removed. Contact your technical support group." Now my old version is gone, but I don't have a new version to use. What should I do now?

After the latest install of 151.0.2 (aarch64), the VPN logo is massive! Is this just a glitch from the latest update?
