there seem to be a recaptcha issue - it was working yesterday, and today it doesn't. After upgrading to fedora 40, firefox just takes ages to boot up, even when it's running if I want to open a new window it still takes ages to run. I have tried uninstalling it and deleting it's data but with no luck. The issue still presists.

Whenever i encounter a reCAPTCHA, and click "i am not a robot", the wheel keeps spinning and spinning and spinning. I never get to the screen where i have to verify images or a check mark. Just started happening randomly.

I've spent hours searching. Tried every single solution-new profile, erased firefox and reinstalled, troubleshoot mode, firefox refresh, turned tracking protection off, changed network settings, reset wifi adapter, you name it i tried it. I need to get past reCAPTCHA's for work. Getting so frustrated. Please help!

One important point-the only other browser i have on my laptop is Microsoft edge and it' works perfectly on Edge!

In the last couple of days I've been unable to login to my virginmedia accounts using firefox, all other browers work fine, I can enter details no trouble but as soon as I press the blue button on their page nothing happens, cleared cookies and data for virgin but didnt help.

Hello, since the latest version of Firefox, as always, it breaks now if I want to enter instantgaming or it does not enter no matter how much I click on enter or in kinguin.net, when it asks me for the recapcha, it stays in an infinite loop and does not show the images. .

I have done safe mode and installed firefox from 0 and nothing, it is tedious that at this point a browser that has been having this type of problems for years because in opera, edge they do not give me these errors, it is tiring to always have to have a browser that fails due to anything.

A website's verification code box was one digit too small. Had to use another browser to complete the verification. The website is http://www.ssa.gov

I never had this problem before.Specifically, the last digit in the verification code code not enter the box.

Until yesterday everything was fine. I was able to complete recaptcha. But when I tried searching something today, I couldn't do it because of the recaptcha. It was stuck on infinite loading. Every website I visited the problem was there. I tried fixing it from the tips I found in the forum here but nothing seems to work. I was frustrated. Then I tried Brave browser and it was working. Please help me fix this problem. Thank you.

When we log into our Yahoo email, there's a small triangle (see screen shot) next to the padlock on the address bar that says "connection not secure".

Not sure what to do to get rid of it.

Windows 10 Home 22H2 Firefox 125.0.3

For quite awhile I have had an intermittent problem when watching YouTube videos. To watch a video I right click on it and select "open link in new window". If I just click on the video to watch it, the main page may reload when I click on the back arrow and some of the videos I was interested in are no longer displayed. Sometimes my touchpad doesn't recognize the right click and opens the video in the current window. After it starts playing, if I click the back arrow, the video returns to the previous page (which may be reloaded), and sometimes the audio from the video keeps playing, so I have audio for a video that is no longer visible. When this happens, if I click on another video, the audio from both are played. Today I had the same thing happen when I was streaming a TV program from the Spectrum website.

1. If I click on a YouTube video from the main page, should the main page be rebuilt when I click on the back arrow? 2. How do I resolve the audio continuing to play problem? i don't know if this is a Firefox problem but I have no idea where to start to fix it.

Today May 1, I noticed that any website that shows a recaptcha checkbox, including the google recaptcha demo (https://www.google.com/recaptcha/api2/demo) only shows an infinite spinner in firefox v125.0.3. I've tried the same sites in chrome and edge and the recaptcha works fine. In FF, I have cleared my cache, disabled tracking protection, disabled anti-virus and tried troubleshooting mode - still get the infinite spinner. Last week, I had no problems with recaptcha.

The attached photo shows the startup page that appeared today, yesterday that page had 12 of my most frequent websites loaded in place of the ones you see now. This page keeps changing on me and it's infuriating to have to remake it every few months.

What is going on??

I asked about pinning files (html) or sites to the Firefox taskbar and got this entry form you system:

I knew that answer was total BS as I already had 3 items in the Firefox taskbar So I did a quick test and all that is needed is to drop a file into the Firefox taskbar is to drag & drop it there.

I tried 1.) A file short cut from the desktop, 2.) A site from another FF open tab, 3.) a file from W: File manager, L: Dolphin and all were successful.

So I'm guessing this is such an old post, saying "not" possible, so should be deleted!

Strange issues 125.0.3 Installed and I am getting scrambled text and some icons. When I check logs from my server the text is unreadable, if I try Edge or another browser, all is well. I included a sample log file.

I am also experiencing strange icons in google maps (see image). Those are supposed to be the road number markers, this also works correctly in Edge and other browsers.

Having an issue going to TikTok.com I see the emblem when typing in the website then it goes to the message shown in the screen shot? I can get to it when using a private window though. Thank you for any help.

I am attempting to report that Yahoo Finance is broken. From this URL, I use the "report broken site" feature:

When I fill out the information and hit "send", nothing happens. The "report broken site" screen remains active. Hitting Send multiple times has no effect.

I've tried using this feature for other pages, and it appears to work; but it won't work for this site.

Can anyone suggest why that might be? Is it a byproduct of the site's being broken?
