Hello,

there seem to be a recaptcha issue - it was working yesterday, and today it doesn't. Here are the sites you can try to reproduce the issue: https://www.uniquegardendecor.com/contact-us/ https://www.kbauthority.com/help.php?mode=update&section=contactus https://www.outsy.com/contact-us/ And it looks like it's only happening in the US. Firefox version: 125.0.3 (64-bit) Please advise

Google's reCAPTCHA technology appears to be having technical difficulties in some regions currently. Try changing the user agent with User-Agent Switcher to make the browser look like Chrome.

Temporary fix but good work around for now- As another user instructed, download the following extension. User-Agent Switcher by Erin Schlarb Set the default to windows/chrome 123 Recaptcha all work normally now. Looks like firefox is getting blocked somehow.

Only Firefox with a Windows user agent seems to be affected by this issue with reCAPTCHA not working. It works for me with a MAC user agent and with a Linux user agent. You can use a User-Agent Switcher extension and set the user agent to Chrome or Edge on Windows 11.

This has been reported to Google, so wait until Google fixes this and then undo this temporary fix.

It appears that Google has fixed this issue for Windows Firefox users so you can change the Firefox useragent to the default if you changed it by a useragant extension or by preference in about:config.
