Hello indiandoll,

This forum is for Firefox support, please check the user manual that came with your device for instructions on how to use. Generally, the CD contains an application that helps you control the scanner/printer. Alternatively, you can search the Internet for the model number and adding the words "how to". After scanning, you can attach the scanned pages in an email or in any other way the company required.
