Whenever I upload a file to any website, the progress bar fills very quickly, and then stalls at 98-100% until the file is actually fully uploaded, so I can successfully upload file but I get no information from the progress bar. My old computer had the same problem, and I think I fixed it by changing some settings in Windows Defender or ESET or maybe even Firefox itself. My new computer has Windows Defender ad Symantec Endpoint.
