I installed a facebook add on after updating to Mozilla 6.0. I want to remove it, but cannot find it under add ons or extensions. It scrolls all my friends gaming activities when i am on a game page. How do I uninstall it?

I installed a facebook add on (i thought) that I wish to remove. I cannot find it under add ons, extensions, or my programs. It scrolls all of my friends game updates when I am on a game page (it is sitting above the ads on facebook). How do I remove it? I do have a screen shot of it. I can no longer find it on the Mozilla add on page either.
