I have tried re-installing, deleting plist file, deleting Application Support > Firefox folder, logging out, restarting my mac, repairing permissions on my HD, installing the new beta of Firefox, etc. The program initially worked for over a month. Then it just would bounce after the power outage, now it does nothing, it appears for a millisecond in the dock, then disappears.

Anyone know how to fix this?

Did you try a new profile?

Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.
See Basic Troubleshooting: Make a new profile

If that new profile works then you can transfer some files from the old profile to that new profile (be careful not to copy corrupted files)
