After clicking 'Deleted Files', how can I recover a deleted profile?
I followed [this moderator's post on Support Mozilla](https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1254142#answer-1207829).
My hard drive lacks space for System Restore, which I forgot to turn on. After I mistakably clicked 'Delete files' 2 hours ago, Recuva recovered these 53 files, too little for a Firefox User Profile ?

Wise Data Recovery recovered 13 files, 108.37 KB, but again too little for a Firefox User Profile?

In the second window (Wise Data Recovery), if you scroll down, is there a Profiles folder (I assume the listing is alphabetical)? If so, poke around in the folders listed under Profiles.
You likely need to look for a xxxxxxxx.default-release profile further down in the list of Firefox (13). The Background Task Profiles are of no use, they are for updating Firefox is the background.
I updated the 2nd screenshot, of Wise Data. As you can see, I scrolled down, but there's no Profiles folder, or "xxxxxxxx.default-release profile".
If you check on disk, is it really gone?
%APPDATA%\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles
If so, that's a surprisingly thorough deletion.
I see no Profiles in %APPDATA%\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles. Is this location what you meant by "check on disk" ?

Yes. If Firefox is running, there should be at least profile folder there. Unless you are using the version from the Windows Store, which uses some completely different location. Or you haven't started Firefox again after you removed your profile(s).
