I can't use pdf to printout my credit card statements. This has happened on different banks. Finally, I gave up & went over to Chrome & had no problems. Please fix it. Another issue about pdf, it used to pop up on another page so I can view it right away when I clicked on open or whatever it was . But now, it disappears in a file. I miss the old way. Please fix it. Hi Melody, let me start with the second one first. If you prefer to view PDFs in a tab in Firefox, you can choose the "Open in Firefox" action on the Settings page (it might currently be set to "Save file"). This article has the steps: View PDF files in Firefox or choose another viewer.

On the first problem, are you printing out of Firefox's PDF viewer, or are you printing from a regular web page? Or is the problem when you are requesting the statement as a PDF and the PDF doesn't appear?
