Missing folders

When I add my email account into thunderbird, it works as it should, except it will not show me all of my folders and sub-folders.

If this is an imap account then you need to subscribe to see server folders.

  • Right click on imap mail account name in Folder Pane and select 'Subscribe'
  • click on 'Refresh'
  • select all the folders you need to see
  • click on 'Subscribe'
  • click on 'OK'

Maybe you have a view that does not display all your folders. Use this setting:

  • Menu app icon > View > Folders > All

It is an Exchange account, and I don't see any options like that. 90% of my folders are showing up, its about 5 folders that are missing

are these exchange shared folders?
