I use firefox and pay for the vpn from firefox. Last week I encountered a ransomware attack. The Firefox immediately quarantined the attack. I am having no issues with using the computer. What was affected is Firefox itself. I cannot open Firefox at this point. I get permission denied messages upon launch.
