Having troule bookmarking in one of the windows of firefox

I have a few windows of firefox containing many tabs which I have bookmarked, However, One of the windows, When I press Ctrl +Shift+ D, in order to save all the tabs into bookmark, This leads to a unexpected behavior, here is a screenshot that can depict very well on whats occurring.

The expected output of it would include NAME and folder input on the dialog box, That doesn't appear to be the case.
