Can't remove an accout

Have tried to remove account by going to account actions and find that the "remove account" is grayed out. How can I get that account removed.

The default account can't be removed, so set another mail account as default, in Account Actions, then the first account can be removed. Local Folders is a 'special' account, and cannot be removed.
