I have a PC and the current version of fire fox, but for the last 3 days I keep getting (not responding) message please help????
For the last 3 days I have been receiving the (not responding) message constantly and no matter what I do it still is happening. It is occurring on my PC with widows 10 and I have the latest version of Fire Fox. Not only is it doing the not responding problem about ever so often it is also crashing and I have been making sure the crash report is submitted. Am I the only one having this problem or are other people having the same issue? This is driving me nuts.

Hi, when you connect to Support it is Volunteer users like you that help you so no one else but us see your post until it is solved.
The exact error message would be great.
Not enough Ram is 1 and the other is Video Card Drivers, they are then main issues at times.
Since have been sending out Crash Reports (which we do not get) please follow this and include the bp- and no more than 5.
The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.
- Enter about:crashes in the Firefox address bar and press Enter. A Submitted Crash Reports list will appear, similar to the one shown below.
- Copy the 5 most recent Report IDs that start with bp- and then go back to your forum question and paste those IDs into the "Post a Reply" box.
Note: If a recent Report ID does not start with bp- click on it to submit the report.
(Please don't take a screenshot of your crashes, just copy and paste the IDs. The below image is just an example of what your Firefox screen should look like.)
