Here today, August 20, 2018, I'd be more than happy to stay on Firefox 61 past September 5, 2018 when Firefox 62 comes out on that date until October 23, 2018, when Firefox 63 Stable is scheduled to come out, at that point I'd like to be on Firefox 62 with additional bug fixes and performance improvements. I'm fine with Firefox feature-wise, I just would very much like Firefox on my 15.6" full HD Dell Inspiron 7558 to have fewer known issues, especially bugs with numbers I see in Bugzilla! I wonder if I'll have fewer hangs when Firefox 62 Stable comes out in 16 more days. As long as I use Piriform Defraggler to optimize my hard drive every day, Firefox is well most of the time. Alternatively, I can start saving for a newer 15.6" full HD Dell Inspiron 2-in-1 when Intel's Cannon Lake processors finally come out in late 2019, three years after they were originally scheduled to come out, and introduce all to 10 nm processors!

I'm not exactly sure what you're asking for. All users should be running the latest version of Firefox, and installing updates as they come along.

There is an enterprise version of Firefox, but it's not meant for home users.
