I used to be able to access a preferences page feature that allowed me to set the default zoom for new tabs. What happened to it?

After I restarted in safe mode to do some trouble-shooting this feature is gone.

Hi, please go to Customize and drag out the Zoom - / + feature to a place you like. You will have to train it but after a week most sites you go to will be in the % you have chosen to zoom to.
