I can play videos on other sites with no problem. This code puts the Title in and then does not run. I know enough to find this code, but not enough to understand it. Thanks.

uninstall Firefox. Then Delete the Mozilla Firefox Folders in C:\Program Files and C:\Program Files(x86) Then restart system. Then run Windows Disk Cleanup. Then run it again and click the button that says Cleanup System Files. Note: your Firefox Profile is saved. But you should make a back up before you do : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/back-and-restore-information-firefox-profiles

Reinstall with Current Release Firefox 57.0 with a Full Version Installer https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/

Update your Video Card Drivers, is some sites use HTML5 or combination of and Flash. So update please.

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.

That image must have gotten downsized; it's too small for my eyes.

Can you provide a link to the page that has the problem (assuming it's family friendly) and describe the steps to bring it about?

Pkshadow, this is the current release 57.0 I just put in today. No other videos have a problem.

jscher, I cropped the screenshot. Hope you can see it now. If you need to see the site, none of the on-demand videos on http://www.und.com/collegesportslive/index.html?sport=m-footbl run.

This is not urgent tonight, I would like to run these in Firefox. Currently I have to go back to Chrome to see them.

Oh, that site requires a subscription.

Maybe you can right-click > Copy > OuterHTML and paste it on Pastebin:

It shouldn't require one.

Try http://www.und.com/ and go down to any of the Top Videos. None of those run either (takes you to the other site).

Thank you for the tip on Top Videos. The pre-roll ad plays... But then, nada. The Browser Console has a lot of this for the actual video:

I get the same 404 errors in Chrome. Not sure what's going on over at the server...

I see what you mean. Let's try one that worked on Chrome just now.

Try http://www.und.com/ and go down to More WatchND Videos. That opens up another site that in On Demand has Brian Kelly Tuesday Press Conference.

That just ran on Chrome, and was my original problem trying on the new Firefox. See what that does when you get a chance.
