Since Firefox automatically updated to version 57 on my work iMac, I cannot use it anymore. Every time I try to launch it, it doesn't even manage to open the homepage (which is google so nothing special there) and immediately freezes the entire computer, nothing responds anymore, as if the memory is completely used, even when I have only Firefox open. I tried to look in your forums and you suggested to reinstall Firefox (I did that and it's still not working), update the intel driver but the links you gave were all for windows, or open in safe mode which apparently you need to do from an open Firefox window (if I understood correctly) which I cannot do since it won't open without freezing my computer... I don't really understand why this is happening since on my personal MacBook the new Firefox is running fine (although it was super slow in the beginning), and both computers are running on the same OS. It is really annoying as I cannot use Firefox at work, so I cannot access all my work-related tabs saved in there and it is really disturbing my work. I hope you have some way to fix the problem.
