I match the speed of loading one page on Firefox and the same page on another browser and it takes nearly 3 times the time to load. Also videos buffer more often and also play in SD when i have download speeds to play 4k if it was available

Let's give this a try :
Type in the address bar about:config (promise to be careful, if asked) Type and look for the preference : network.dns.disablePrefetch and set it's value to true network.prefetch-next and set it's value to false network.http.speculative-parallel-limit and set it's value to 0   (zero)
Any difference  ?

sorry about the late response, wanted to test to see if it worked or not. Unfortunately, it did not.
