https://connect.garmin.com/modern/ doesn't work anymore, FF 50.1.0 used, can you help with me the solution pls?

Since several weeks now the garmin connect website (https://connect.garmin.com/modern/) is not showing any info anymore.

While it has worked correctly for several months (on Firefox), now only a blue screen is visible with the 4 icons on the lefthandside (icons looking like: 3 horizontal bars, an in-tray, side way pointing arrows, and a person icon), and only 2 lines appear on top of the screen showing links which don't respond (Help Status Facebook Instagram Twitter Pinterest Statement of Privacy Terms of Use Security Connect is powered by Garmin • Copyright © 1996-2016 Garmin Ltd. or its subsidiaries • Version: 3.13.3.0).

My PC runs on WIN10, Norton 360, and software is fully up to date.

I tried searching the web for solutions, but I can't find any. What I did find was that many many users have reported this issue several times on garmin forums (posts seen ranging from 2013 till 2016). I did not find any solution though. Cache has been cleared several times.

Is there a solution for this issue? Can you help me please with this? I can't use the product fully if that site is not working properly. I want to be able to use the website, selecting training schedule etc, next to the garmin mobile app on my iphone.

Thanks

I tried one more thing: I switched power OFF to my router, cable-modem, and the 2 switches I have in between modem and router. After 20 secs, turned it back ON.
Checked both iphones via wifi, and my main PC (wired conn): the site appears to be working again.

Sometimes "stuff happens" in the memory of always-on devices that can't be explained or fixed, just flushed. Possibly the router was stubbornly using an obsolete IP address for the site, or ??

The website does not work on my main pc (using network cable), not on another PC (network cable), and not on my iPhone (wifi).

I tried using another iPhone, while at home: - via wifi, same issue (slow, white screen, with some hyperlinks) - via 3G, the site works (logged in with another account at startup, which worked, then logged that account out and was able to log in using my own account)

Does this info help? What is the conclusion/ solution to get it to work on my computers/wifi?

Latest tests led me to believe it had something to do with my router (or modem, or switches). Something which caught my eye: the ASUS router works with 'AiProtection' (description: Malicious Sites Blocking, Restricts access to known malicious websites in Trend Micro’s database for always-up-to-date protection). I thought maybe that protection is blocking it out? But before charging into that investigation, I tried one more thing: I switched power OFF to my router, cable-modem, and the 2 switches I have in between modem and router. After 20 secs, turned it back ON.

Checked both iphones via wifi, and my main PC (wired conn): the site appears to be working again.

The reboot of my router/switches seemed to have done the trick.

Although, a fellow garmin user posted just today having similar issue (while tested from home, work, and even another country, so definitely not via same router), and that makes me doubt again I might have encountered a coincidence... keeping fingers crossed. And still anticipating a response from the garmin support desk which I called for help too.

Thx many times for all your patience and help.
