Kaspersky has raised concerns over the security of Firefox.
The link to Kaspersky is this :- https://securelist.social-kaspersky.com/en/advisories/10765. None of the available updates exceed the versions recemmended by the information so I'm a little concerned. I have every faith in KAV protecting me but on the off chance it doesn't in one particular instance, are there any suggestions ?

Hi philipp,
Thanks for the rapid response. Once Kaspersky had identified the issue, I used the Firefox "check for updates" option from the "about" menu and it only upgraded me to version 43. That's why I thought I'd better ask the question. Again, thanks for the help,
no worries, it's better to ask. if you go and check for updates again you should receive a further update to 45.0.1.
Thanks Tyler. As you can see, my concerns are well sorted :)
