Some of your crash reports weren’t sent to the Mozilla Servers.
In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP in front of the numbers/letters, click it and select Submit.
The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.
Using your mouse, mark the most resent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box below and paste them in.
You can check for problems with current Shockwave Flash plugin versions and try this:
- make sure you have the latest Flash version:
http://www.adobe.com/special/products/flashplayer/fp_distribution3.html - check for updates for your graphics drive drivers
https://support.mozilla.org/kb/upgrade-graphics-drivers-use-hardware-acceleration - disable protected mode in the Flash plugin (Windows Vista and later)
https://support.mozilla.org/kb/adobe-flash-protected-mode-firefox - disable hardware acceleration in the Flash plugin
https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/video-playback-issues.html - disable hardware acceleration in Firefox

Disabling hardware acceleration in Flash plugin and in Firefox seems to have helped a lot. Crashes have been occurring dozens of times per day, I just haven't sent that many reports. I have nearly quit using Firefox because of the problem.

Only crash reports from the current Firefox release (42) are useful. Reports from months ago from older releases won't help.
Your comment was not helpful.
That's as polite as I can be.

Aren't there any recent crash reports (past few weeks) available?
Is the crash reporter enabled?
