Only the spice logo is visible on screen. Nothing else is displayed. I am very disappointed with this device. It was not at all possible to do anything in web using this device. even if I use apps the phone goes for hang. Please send me a OS update with steps on how to do flash the device. I bought this device trusting firefox. Please help

Try resetting the device using recovery menu. Try combinations with power and volume buttons
