Did you offer Today for a security program for free for 1 month ...then 50.00 yearly?
With Firefox browser open, a message @ lower right a message promoting a security for 1 month free, using a credit-card. then it would be $50.00 for a year. I trust Fire-Fox, so I signed up. it wasn't working right, this is why I ask... is it your promotion . I plan on checking with my bank ASAP. Thank you, Marie

This is not something that Mozilla nor the Firefox web browser is doing. Mozilla does not charge for any products or services nor does Mozilla even have a security program.
Just about any legitimate thing from Mozilla would have a mozilla.org url for example.

It sounds like it was an ad generated either by:
(1) The web page you were visiting, (2) An add-on you have installed, or (3) Some external software on your system that popped up a Firefox window.
Meanwhile, for free scanning and cleaning tools to try to clear this scam off your system, see our support article "Troubleshoot Firefox issues caused by malware."
