Whenever I try to pay using PayPal, Mozilla Firefox blocks access and says the site is not trusted. The only option is "Get Me Out of Here!" This is a new problem, and I know that the address I'm using IS correct and should be trusted. I read a solution offered on the Mozilla "Help" site, but it doesn't have sufficient information/steps to help. It begins "Reload the webpage while bypassing the cache," and I have no idea what that means! What webpage? What cache?

To explain the above, the cache is content that your computer saves so that it can load the page faster when you return. Sometimes, a cache file goes missing or gets broken and is preventing you from loading the content.

When you bypass the cache, you are simply telling the computer to load the website without using any of the content that it has saved before, in turn replacing the old files and hopefully the damaged one(s).
