Firefox will NOT load the update on a user on our Mac. I get an error stating it can’t be completed because some items had to be skipped to choose File>Get Info, make sure “Locked” deselected, then check Sharing & Permissions section. When sure items are unlocked and not designated Read Only or No Access, try again. That's not clear. What do I do???
