Mozilla VPN Paid Subscription Access
Hello, I have loved using Mozilla VPN! In July, my credit card ZIP code changed and this affected my Mozilla VPN payment. I did not notice in time, and now it appears that I do not have access to the "Paid Subscriptions" account tab to fix this problem and continue using Mozilla VPN. Is there any way I can fix this and resume my subscription? I was grateful to be continuing with the $5 a month plan, and see that would no longer be an option if I had to start a new subscription.

If your payment was denied several times your subscriptions was most likely canceled. Unfortunately, the $4.99 monthly subscription will no longer be available.
Building a great product comes with fixed costs. This means that we need to charge a fee to maintain the health of the product and continue to provide private and open-source solutions based on the most advanced technology.
We will continue to offer a $4.99 monthly subscription, however, it requires users to sign-up for 12 months to get this low cost.
