VPN will not start on Windows 10

I had been using Mozilla VPN for about a week with some small issues but for the most part it was working. Even though I check the box to start on Startup, it never did and had to be start by opening the menu and switching it from off to on. This morning it will not start up or at least the menu does NOT show up to check it's settings. The icon shows briefly in the taskbar then disappears. There is a VPN process running but no way to control it? I tried an uninstall/reinstall but not change.

Hmm, looks like this support site is not very active or maybe it doesn't work on the weekends....?? I was thinking that because Mozilla charges for the VPN, there would be some kind of support
