when i search for anything from url bar then it goes to http://www.hao9939.com/u_11997.html, ,http://www.tao123.com/?5298_0598 . i tried Malwarebytes Anti-Malware,avast but it does not show any infection after changed my operating system but it still not right.

Do a malware check with some malware scanning programs on the Windows computer.
You need to scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.
