Firefox will not load

http://www.bet365.com/home/FlashGen4/WebConsoleApp.asp?&cb=3558

It is just a blank screen. Does anyone else have this problem?

I have cleared history and cache. I've also installed the new Java and Adobe updates and it is still not working.

The website works fine when I use microsoft internet explorer.

Hi 30messi10,

This is caused by a bug in the new security sandbox release of Flash Player (version 11.3.300.257), Adobe are currently working on a fix but here are two work arounds for now:

1) Reset Firefox - This is the easiest and many people have found this adequate: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/reset-firefox-easily-fix-most-problems#w_how-do-i-reset-firefox-to-its-default-state

2) Turn off the new Protected Mode - This fixes 99% of problems, make sure you turn it back on once Adobe have released an official update: http://forums.adobe.com/thread/1018071

Let me know how you get on.
