Hi! Unfortunately this usecase is not yet covered and there's a need to have a computer to finalize the creation of any account. As you mention, both devices are considered Mobile devices and in both cases don't have the capabilities to create an account, only pairing to an existing account. The team is working on it and it will be soon implemented. In the meantime, you can create an account in any computer (there's no need to keep the account active in that computer). Use the first part of this article: [[How do I set up Firefox Sync?]] Then look for the Recovery Key in that computer: [https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-do-i-manage-my-firefox-sync-account#w_where-can-i-find-my-recovery-key] After having the Recovery Key you can disable that computer by clicking on "Unlink this device" at the bottom on the preferences window that you have been using in the previous steps.
