How can I stop the address bar disappearing until I scroll over it at top of screen

Publié

I don't like how the address bar disappears when I am on a website. Then I have to scroll over it to get it to come back. It is annoying. How can I change this to just have the address bar always show?

If the toolbar(s) "slide" down when you move your cursor to the top of the monitor screen, you may be in Full Screen Mode. The F11 key turns Full Screen Mode on or off.
