I really need to talk with a person because I made a mistake and cannot fix it - and do not understand this terminology. My "live chat" was useless.
Is there a number I can call to speak with a person? I just do not understand the terminology used on this support system. I made a mistake yesterday when I clicked on "firefox" as the app to use with Union Theological Seminary's ITunes university. Huge mistake. I got hundreds of "unnamed files" flashing by on the screen, that make it impossible to do anything. I just want to undo my mistake. Help!

See Firefox repeatedly opens empty tabs or windows after you click on a link
You will have to delete the file mimeTypes.rdf in the Profile folder if you can't remove that action in Firefox > Preferences > Applications
See Help > Troubleshooting Information > Profile Directory > Open Containing folder
