You can do this by registering an account at Bugzilla, then you can add a comment in the following bug report including the word(s) you want added, you can also show a brief reason why the word(s) should be added.

Bug 499593 – Add word _____ which is not in American English dictionary / recognized / suggested / misspelled by spell checker (spell checking, spelling, spell checker, en-US)
