All passwords lost on PC but not from iPhone. Sync is not restoring them.

I'm not sure how but I've lost all my Firefox passwords on my PC. I sync with my iPhone's Firefox and they are all still there (thankfully). Syncing is not restoring the passwords on my PC. I also do not have an 'old Firefox" folder on my desktop. Both browsers are properly logged in for syncing. Any suggestions for fixes?
