Uploaded latest Windows 10 . Had problem with Bullguard Firewall and Antivirus not loading but that has now fixed itself. Now have Windows and Bullguard Firewall and Antivirus on. Is this the problem? I can load from Bookmarks OK. but typing anything in searchbox throws up above error message. I'm 73 please keep any answers in simple english for me . many thanks

Check these. And yes is most likely Bullguard.
