Why would the browser often keep getting hung, expecially when trying to attach a file?
I have a 64-bit computer, and I am using Windows 10. The browser hangs when I try to attach a file to a mail. I have installed the browser repeatedly, but when I go to Task Manager, it still lists the browser as meant for 32-bit. Please provide a solution.

Two troubleshooting steps I have recommended in the past:
- Please let us know if this improves the performance as well as if this also happens on other computers, or if it still happens after you delete cache and cookies. Each browser has its own cache, Firefox's cache may also be longer. How to clear the Firefox cache
