How can I use FireFox Portable with the latest Outlook email?

It seems like the MS Outlook email website has gone through some changes in the past week or so. I can use it with Internet Explorer. But, the latest FireFox Portable does not work when I log into my account.

The email website window opens after I log in. But, after that, things don't work. It seems like the browser locks up. Things take a full minute or so to work when I click on something. Something is definitely wrong.

I don't expect MS to test their Outlook email on FireFox. It sort of forces me to use IE. I am using a public library computer. These computers are kept up to date. And, I've tried it on multiple computers at different libraries.
