Cannot print from Thunderbird. Also Properties button does nothing.

Recently updated a user to Thunderbird 38.0.1. Since this update they have been unable to print.

If they use File>Print or the Print button in the top-right, they will get the same response. The Print dialogue window opens but when they click on the Properties button it does nothing. Then, when they click on the OK button nothing prints.

I have tried to remove all references to 'user_pref("print.' in their prefs.js file but this hasn't helped.

Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks Bryan
