I previously blocked a video on http://www.itv.com/thismorning which means that none of the videos on that website are allowing me to play them. Also, i can play no other videos for example, on the dailymail website that are not youtube videos. I'd like to know how i can unblock these videos

The content that won't play should be labeled "Activate Adobe Flash" — simply click it. You can also click the Lego® piece icon on the left side of the address bar and choose Allow and Remember.
