At the top left of my Firefox home page there was a search bar that, if I typed in the web address, it took me directly to that site. It has just vanished and I cannot retrieve it. I do not want to bring up a search for specific sites. How do I get it back? How do I restore the Firefox homepage that I have been using for almost two years?

Hi,

Is it the location (address) bar?? You can try to right-click on the + after the last tab and enable (tick) Navigation Toolbar. If that doesn't help you can also try to Reset toolbars and controls: and Make Changes and Restart in the Safe Mode start screen.

Thanks so much; gotta love the easy fixes!

You're welcome :)
